<note>ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
penggunaan iklan online, word of mouth, dan instagram terhadap brand image
Kahf pada Gen Z di Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian
100 responden. Metode analisis data memakai analisis regresi linier berganda.
Didasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t secara parsial variabel penggunaan iklan online
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image, secara parsial variabel word of
mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image, secara parsial variabel
instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image. Didasarkan hasil uji
hipotesis F secara bersama-sama (simultan), penggunaan iklan online, word of
mouth, dan Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image. Didasarkan
hasil analisis koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R Square 0,510/51%
disimpulkan brand image dapat dijelaskan variabel penggunaan iklan online,
word of mouth, dan Instagram sedangkan sisanya 52%%, 100% - 51% = 49%
dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti
