ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate,
employee empowerment and work motivation on employee performance in. The
population in this study were 172 employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV
Pasir Mandoge Palm Oil Mill and the sample of this study were 120 employees
who were obtained using the slovin formula. The independent variables used are
organizational climate, employee empowerment and work motivation. The data
analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study
are organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on work
performance, employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on
work performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on
work performance. Simultaneously the quality of the organizational climate,
employee empowerment and work motivation have a positive and significant
effect on work performance.
