<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan melihat Pengaruh Sarana
Fisik (Tangible), Kehandalan (Realibility), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness),
Jaminan (Assurance), dan Kepedulian (Emphaty) Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen
Di JNE Express Agen Pangkalan Mansyur Medan. Penentuan sampel yang
digunakan adalah dengan rumus slovin dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 97
orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil
penelitian, secara parsial variabel Sarana Fisik (Tangible) berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, variabel Kehandalan (Reliability) tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan, variabel Daya Tanggap
(Responsiveness) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen
variabel Jaminan (Assurance) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Kepuasan Konsumen dan variabel Kepedulian (Emphaty) tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) di JNE Express Agen Pangkalan
Mansyur Medan. Secara simultan, Sarana Fisik (Tangible) (X1), Kehandalan
(Reliability) (X2), Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) (X3), Jaminan (Assurance)
(X4) dan Kepedulian (Emphaty) (X5) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) pada JNE Express Agen Pangkalan
Mansyur Medan.
